ARRIVAL: Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later and check-out time is by 11:00am. A photo I.D. and credit card on file is required at check-in. If no credit card is available, a cash security deposit is required. The required check in age is at least 18 years of age. For young people under the age of 25 years old we require a minimum $200 cash security deposit per room. (Some larger units require a higher deposit). A photo I.D. is required for everyone under 25 years old checking in to the unit. This cash security deposit is due at check-in and is refunded at check out if nothing is broke in the room. Locals are required to post a $200 cash security deposit.

ROOM SUPLIES: The resort supplies bed linens and towels to accommodate the number of people registered in the unit. We do not supply pool or beach towels. Please bring your own.

PETS: Sorry, we do not accept pets. (Service animals must be registered at the front office)

RATES: Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children. Each additional adult over the age of 16 or child will be charged $10 per night plus tax. Please note by Myrtle Beach fire codes we are not allowed to put more people in a room than what the beds will allow.

ADVANCE DEPOSIT : Advance deposits made by credit card need to be imprinted. So, please bring the card with you at check-in. Your deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date, less a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of deposit.

SPECIAL REQUEST: All consideration is given and every effort is made to honor a request; however we are unable to guarantee them.

Rates are slightly higher on weekends, special events & holidays. Advance Deposit will be applied to last night of reservation.

Reservations book on web site are not guaranteed until acceptance from hotel.
